The entries will be assessed in accordance with the following criteria:

• Conception and innovation
• Coherent architectural and formal language
• Innovative and coherent spatial concepts
• Quality of design and atmosphere
• Functionality and flexibility of use
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Sustainability and ergonomics
• Materials and detailing

The jury will deliberate in closed session. The jury has the right to reassign any entry to a category other than that for which it was originally submitted. The judges' decision is final and not subject to appeal.
