The entries will be assessed in accordance with the following criteria:

Coherent architectural and formal language
Innovative and coherent spatial concepts
Quality of design and atmosphere
Functionality and flexibility of use
Flexibility and adaptability
Sustainability and ergonomics
Materials and detailing

The jury will deliberate in closed session. The jury has the right to reassign any entry to a category other than that for which it was originally submitted. The judges' decision is final and not subject to appeal.
