Ro Koster, Ad Kil, RO&AD architecten, Bergen op Zoom/Alt Hoeselt, Netherlands/Belgium

Ad Kil completed his study of architecture at the Technical University of Delft in 1991 with an award for outstanding achievement. Ro Koster trained initially as a joiner and architectural draughtsman, before studying art and interior design at Utrecht Art College from 1985 to 1991
 
In 2004 the two embarked on their successful collaboration, leading to the establishment in 2005 of their practice RO&AD architecten, with offices in Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands, and Alt Hoeselt, Belgium. The work of the practice ranges from interior design projects and restorations to office buildings, residential buildings and restaurants. All the projects embody rigorous concepts and design principles, and all are contributions to a more environmentally aware and sustainable world.
