Special Merit Award of Category "Floor Coverings"
The concept has a direct relationsship to the fashion label "Sabotage" and its "vintage look". White sheets form the sidewalls as well as the flooring, which were joined together in a patchwork pattern. a white lacquer top coating provided the even, high-gloss colouring and their unusual stiffness. The equally varnisbed birch tree trunks functioning as support members and clothes stands round off the scene of high-gloss and "trash" rich contrast. During the trade fair visitors leave their footprints on the floor, symbolizing the brand's movement and image.
